Amanda Wolfe, our Volunteer Coordinator, has accepted the position of Operations Manager. For a while now, Amanda has been performing many operational functions in addition to volunteer coordination. She has shown on many occasions that she is able to handle the unique nature of a virtual furniture bank while helping New Life make steps in bringing back in-person clients. The Operations Manager role will be responsible for the warehouse, inventory, delivery, and other big picture projects.
Some current functions of the Volunteer Coordinator will be kept by Amanda, allowing us to hire a combined Volunteer and Development Coordinator that will recruit and manage volunteers along with assisting in fundraising efforts.
