When the pandemic hit in March 2020, New Life quickly switched to a virtual model that has developed exponentially since. While agencies and clients have provided positive feedback about the virtual format, we always knew New Life would eventually adopt a hybrid model. The time has finally come! The main improvement from prior to the pandemic is the incorporation of our software, making the appointment smoother and more efficient for all.
Over the next few months, we’ll offer this option on a limited basis while we fine tune the process. We will continue to offer virtual appointments throughout the week, as the option eliminates the burden of finding childcare, paying for transportation, and taking time off work to come to Walpole. We are thrilled to get the opportunity to connect with our clients in-person again!
