A couple weeks ago, we were devastated to discover the catalytic converter had been stolen off of the New Life truck. For those that aren’t familiar, the catalytic converter controls a vehicle’s emissions. We want to extend our immense gratitude to Dan Quirk of Quirk Auto Group in Braintree, MA for covering the cost of replacing this essential part. In a matter of days, the New Life truck was repaired by the team at Eco Muffler Center of Quincy, MA and back on the road. Due to Dan Quirk’s kindness, we are able to continue pickups of much-needed furniture and make deliveries as part of our pilot delivery project.
