They can come more frequently if needed and can come with a phone call.&nbsp; They will provide us a tote that gets switched out with each visit.&nbsp; They will take pallets of broken items.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>As volunteers sort for NLFB, they can take good items and leave broken misfits in a Smash It 2 box for storage.&nbsp;
