Adjust side-view mirrors #
In the top mirrors, you should be able to see the road behind you and a sliver of the truck rear. In the bottom mirrors, you should be able to see where the wheels are in relation to the lines of the road.
Adjust rear-view mirror #
The backup camera screen is within the mirror toward the left. Turn it so you can easily see the screen when backing up.

Set up phone for contactless use #
Put your phone in the phone holder if you are using it for GPS.
Cold weather: Warm up the truck for 5-10 minutes #
Turn the key to the last notch before starting the engine. The glow plug indicator on the dashboard, which looks like a coil, will turn on. Leave it in that position for 6-8 seconds. The light will go off when the engine has warmed up. If it doesn’t go off after 6-8 seconds, turn it off and repeat until it does. Once the glow plug indicator is off, you can start the truck.
