Guidelines #
- Tie to our mission or organization when possible.
- Content related to veterans, volunteer stories/features, client stories, and events/cleanouts get the most engagement.
- Tag relevant accounts.
- Include locations for off site events especially.
- Copy text from the image/video in the caption so it is accessible to those with visual impairments.
Engagement Practices #
- React and, if needed, respond to comments.
Info Manager Tasks #
- If someone reacts or comments to a post, invite them to like/follow our page.
- Answer messages and comments with questions promptly.
Website #
- Share closings to the website using Coronavirus Notice Message. See screenshot. Disable after the closing.
