- Review pickup procedures and sign.

- Review calling out procedures.
- If you cannot work due to illness, emergency, or any other extenuating circumstance, notify the Operations Manager immediately by texting/calling.
- To take time off, let the Operations Manager know as early as possible so that New Life has time to find coverage or cancel the route.
- Review volunteer versus work time.
- New Life cannot ask an employee to volunteer. An employee can let the Volunteer Coordinator know if/when they would like to volunteer.
- If the new employee is driving, run a Motor Vehicle Report on Checkr.com.
- New Life just enters their email. They receive a link and upload their own license. It will only tell us if they cleared or not.
- Complete I-9 with Executive Director.
- Provide phone numbers of the Operations Manager and Executive Director.
