• St. Vincents will take quilts, sheets, blankets, towels.  They need to be clean and unstained
• Mansfield Animal Shelter, 175 Fruit St., Mansfield MA   508-261-7339. Will take towels but not blankets, quilts or other items that are difficult to launder.  Call first to see if they have need for items
• Tufts Vet Emergency, 525 South St., Walpole 508-668-5454 (extension 7). They will take clean (stains are ok) towels and blankets, and seemed enthusiastic to receive them.   Need to call first.  
• North Attleborough Animal Shelter, Cedar Rd, North Attleborough, MA 02763, (508) 699-0128.  They take clean (stained ok) towels and blankets.  North Attleboro is a bit of a distance.
